Mr. Abdalla Al Yassi is a holder of an advocate license and certified by the Ministry of Justice of the United Arab Emirates, a registered lawyer in the Dubai Legal Affairs Department, and a member of the Emirates Association for Lawyers and Legal Practitioner in the country.

As part of his vision to enhance his skills in the legal profession, he further studied and received certification from different legal profession institutions. He is a certified legal manager and member of the International League for Lawyers and Magistrates – France and the Lahaye Institute for Humans Rights and International Law. Likewise, he obtained a certificate in International Arbitrator Preparation from the Arab Arbitration Society and U.A.E. Chambers.

He has over a decade of extensive legal professional work experience in the United Arab Emirates—handling high-network clients. He was the former head of the Legal Affairs Division of the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority- Shurooq, and in the Ministry of Interior in the United Arab Emirates. With the combination of well-defined experiences, he has obtained outstanding expertise in legal business development, investment, and governmental administration and function. Currently, he is considered one of the best legal practitioners in the country.
